BEEF SLIDERS
I N S T RU C T I O N S
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Divide ground beef into 12 portions (2 oz each) and shape into 1/2-inch-thick patties with a slight indentation in the center. Season with salt and pepper.
Brush grill grates or pan with oil. Grill patties for 2-3 minutes per side, then top with McCall’s Porter Irish Cheddar. Grill 1 more minute until cheese melts.
Arrange sweet rolls cut-side up. Spread ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard on the bottoms. Add lettuce, a burger patty, and a pickle, then top with the remaining roll halves.
Serve warm and enjoy these flavorful mini burgers!

3 slices of McCall's Porter Irish Cheddar, cut into quarters
1 ½ lbs ground beef
12 Hawaiian sweet rolls, such as King's Hawaiian, split
12 small pieces romaine or iceberg lettuce (about the same size as the rolls)
12 dill or bread-and-butter pickle chips
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Vegetable oil, for brushing the grill grates
