BROCCOLI &

CHEDDAR SOUP

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 2 cups shredded McCall's 12-Month Aged Cheddar

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth

  • salt and pepper, to taste

I N S T RU C T I O N S

  1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.

  2. Add the broccoli and broth. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until the broccoli is tender.

  3. Stir in the milk and shredded McCall's 12-Month Aged Cheddar. Stir until the cheddar melts and the soup is creamy.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot!
