WHISKEY CHEDDAR

& APPLE TART

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 3 oz McCall's Irish Whiskey Cheddar, shredded

  • 1 apple, sliced

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • honey for serving

  • fresh thyme for serving

I N S T RU C T I O N S

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Roll the thawed puff pastry on a lined baking sheet.

  2. Spread McCall's Irish Whiskey Cheddar around puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.

  3. Place apples over cheddar. Cook pastry for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is browned.

  4. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme.
