SEARED PORK WITH

MUSHROOM CREAM SAUCE

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1/4 cup grated McCall’s Whiskey Irish Cheddar

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 8 ounces white mushrooms, whole or sliced to preference

  • 2 pouns

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  •  teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • Optional: potato boxty in between pork

I N S T RU C T I O N S

  1. Season pork loin with salt and pepper, and sear both sides til internal temperature reaches 155 F, let cool and slice.

  2. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and olive oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic, sautéing until tender.

  3. Stir in McCall’s Whiskey Irish Cheddar, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce is bubbly and smooth.

  4. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
